Product design
Production management starts with design and creativity.Your product must meet certain safety standards and import regulations.We can help guide your design to meet these requirements.In addition, by performing value engineering and value analysis, we will be able to balance your product design features with your budget.
Product conception stage
In this stage you provide us with your ideas, we are responsible for handling the whole process, for you to save a lot of time and money, complete the product design and output the corresponding documents or ideas (draft drawing, product color material conception, functional ideas, etc.).
Design drawing stage
In this stage, we carry out the visualization design according to the ideas previously conceived together, and present our ideas with drawings, including the design of outer packaging and functional realization.We will output the product design drawing, preview drawing, and determine the fabric, color and other designs.
Sampling Stage
At this stage, we will search for fabrics and accessories according to the design drawing confirmed in the early stage, arrange and follow up the proofing process, and try our best to ensure that the samples can be completed on time with high quality
Feasibility assessment stage
At this stage, product functionality will be evaluated according to the samples to check whether there are any defects in use. Feasibility assessment will be conducted according to various factors before mass production, cost will be estimated, quotation will be made.
Product Manufacture Process
After sample confirmed, we will follow up each process of the mass production
Our IPQC will be conducted strictly during following process
After IPQC of material, we will cut the material into pieces
To sew the material into semi-product
Final cleaning and threadend treatment
Do final quality check and pack the bags according to order requirment
Quality Control
Our professional QC team will check the safety of your goods packaging and quality within the three steps of quality assessment below.
Quality assessment at sample stage
We will test the quality of the confirmed samples, such as the places with heavy forces such as the handles and shoulder strap. Try to eliminate potential quality problems in the sample stage, and seal the sample after the sample is qualified.
Quality assessment of pre-poduction sample
We will make pp sample after customized material is back and test them as what we did for confirmed sample. Next step will be proceeded after this check is finished and pass.
Quality assessment of bulk samples before shipment
100% Pre-shipment inspection can identify the presence of defective goods in a batch and ensure that the product meets the quality and safety requirements of the target market
